چکیده

A guided-mode resonance (GMR) sensor with multiple resonant modes is used to measure the collection of biomolecules on surface and index refraction environment (bulk). The number variables that can be monitored (biolayer refraction, biolayer thickness, bulk, or background, refraction) determined by supported are sensitive changes in these variable values. we use has a grating homogeneous layer, both which made silicon nitride (Si3N4), quartz substrate. Guided-mode-resonance-enhanced measurement of thin-film absorption.

We present a numerical and experimental study of a guided-mode-resonance (GMR) device for detecting surface-bound light-absorbing thin films. The GMR device functions as an optical resonator at the wavelength strongly absorbed by the thin film. The GMR mode produces an evanescent field that results in enhanced optical absorption by the thin film. For a 100-nm-thick lossy thin film, the GMR devi...

Metallic film optimization in a surface plasmon resonance biosensor by the extended Rouard method.

The extended Rouard method is applied to the computation of a multi-absorbing-layer system for the optimization of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors. Specifically, the effect of the properties of a metallic layer on the shape of the reflectivity and sensitivity curve is demonstrated in the case of a Kretschmann configuration. This theoretical investigation allows us to establish the best ...
